The Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique earn-while-you-learn route for BCA and B.Sc graduates: you join Wipro as a Scholar Trainee, work on real projects with a monthly stipend, and Wipro sponsors your M.Tech degree from a partner university alongside the job.

WILP selection process
- Online assessment (~80 minutes) — verbal, analytical and quantitative blocks plus a 20-minute written communication test. The topics match the Elite NTH aptitude syllabus, so the same preparation works.
- Business discussion / interview — fundamentals, willingness to balance work and study, and relocation flexibility.
WILP suits candidates who want a master's degree without pausing income. If you are a B.E/B.Tech graduate, the Elite NTH route is your track instead.
