Step-by-step application process
- Create your profile — register on careers.wipro.com with a personal email you check daily and verify it. Campus candidates: keep your Superset profile complete and accurate.
- Fill in academic details accurately — Class 10, Class 12 and semester-wise graduation marks exactly as printed on your marksheets; they are verified during onboarding.
- Apply to the drive — find the Elite NTH / Technical Graduate Hiring posting for your batch and click Apply. Creating a profile alone does not register you for the test.
- Watch for the test invite — the assessment link and slot details arrive by email a few days before the window opens.
- Take the assessment — a quiet room, stable internet, working webcam; keep your ID card handy for proctoring checks.
- Track your status — shortlists for interviews are mailed within days to a few weeks; interviews are usually virtual.
