Wipro WILP — the Work Integrated Learning Program — is Wipro's earn-while-you-learn route for BCA and B.Sc graduates. You join as a Scholar Trainee, work on live Wipro projects on weekdays with a monthly stipend, and Wipro pays for a four-year M.Tech that you study alongside the job. At the end you hold a postgraduate engineering degree, four years of industry experience and a full-time Wipro role — with no education loan.

How WILP differs from the other Wipro fresher tracks
Wipro Elite NTH and Wipro Turbo hire B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA students into Project Engineer roles with a coding round and a fixed CTC. WILP is the only Wipro track open to BCA and B.Sc graduates; it has no coding test, pays a stipend rather than a salary for four years, and bundles a degree into the job. The aptitude syllabus is the same as Elite NTH, so the Wipro aptitude, reasoning and verbal pages are directly useful alongside the separate WILP practice sets here.
Who should choose it
- Science and computer-application graduates who want a master's degree but cannot afford two years without income.
- Candidates who learn better against real deadlines than in a classroom — the M.Tech coursework runs on weekends while the project work is Monday to Friday.
- Anyone comparing offers: a ₹15,000 stipend looks small next to a ₹3.5 LPA trainee job, but add a sponsored M.Tech (candidates estimate the fee at several lakh rupees) and four years of experience, and the maths changes — see salary & stipend.
WILP is a four-year commitment with a service agreement. Read the M.Tech programme page before you register — the business discussion round tests whether you understand exactly what you are signing up for.
