WILP registration is only through Wipro's university recruitment portal on Superset — no college tie-up, no fee, no agents. The 2026 drive ran two registration windows (deadlines 30 April and 31 July 2026); the steps are the same every cycle.
Step-by-step
- Open the Wipro WILP page on Superset (Wipro's careers site links to it under Early Careers) and click Register / Apply. Sign up as a student with a personal email ID and mobile number you will still have in four years.
- Fill the profile: personal details, Class 10 and 12 marks, graduation stream, university, semester-wise marks and CGPA, year of passing (2024 or 2025), and the Core Mathematics declaration. Enter marks exactly as on the marksheets — a mismatch at document verification cancels the offer.
- Declare gaps and backlogs honestly. One backlog is allowed at assessment; an undeclared one found later is treated as misrepresentation.
- Upload a passport-size photograph and your latest marksheet / provisional degree certificate as asked, then submit. Note the application ID from the confirmation email.
- Watch email and the Superset dashboard. Assessment links are mailed in batches, typically 1–3 weeks after the window closes, with a date and a system-check link.
- Complete the 80-minute assessment from a laptop with webcam, microphone and stable broadband. Voice assessment and business discussion invitations follow the same channel.
Documents to keep ready
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates.
- All semester marksheets plus consolidated marksheet / provisional or final degree certificate.
- Government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or voter ID); PIO / OCI card or citizenship certificate if applicable.
- Proof of Core Mathematics in the syllabus if your transcript names the paper differently.
- Gap or backlog explanation letters where applicable.
Queries go to [email protected] with the drive name in the subject line. If you also qualify for an engineering track later, do not create a second profile — see how to apply to Wipro for the one-profile rule.
