Ten questions assembled from WILP and Wipro fresher candidates' 2025–26 business-discussion reports. The round is a single 20–30 minute video panel: roughly a third on why you want a work-integrated M.Tech and whether you can sustain it, a third on programming basics (a small program plus C / Java / OOP / SQL fundamentals), and a third on your project and HR. Click a question for a model answer.
How to prepare in one week
- Day 1: Write your WILP story — why M.Tech while working, how you will manage weekends, what you know about the 60-month agreement. Say it aloud until it is two minutes long and sounds like you.
- Day 2–3: Twelve programs on paper in your declared language — leap year, reverse number, palindrome, Fibonacci, prime, factorial, GCD, swap, sum of digits, vowels count, second largest, pattern. The coding questions page has the two most-asked, solved.
- Day 4: C basics (pointers, arrays vs pointers, malloc/free, structure vs union) and OOP (four pillars with one example each, overloading vs overriding).
- Day 5: DBMS — keys, normalisation to 3NF, joins, one query each for JOIN, GROUP BY, subquery.
- Day 6: Project — draw its data model from memory; rehearse a two-minute walkthrough and name the part you built alone.
- Day 7: HR — relocation, shifts, strengths / weaknesses with examples, one stress story, one teamwork story; test camera, microphone and lighting.
The Wipro Elite NTH interview questions page covers the CS-depth questions (C vs C++ vs Java, DELETE vs TRUNCATE vs DROP, arrays vs linked lists) that occasionally appear for WILP candidates with strong resumes.
