Wipro Turbo is Wipro's premium fresher hiring programme — the tier above Elite NTH. The designation is the same (Project Engineer) but the package is not: Wipro's Turbo drive page lists ₹5.5 LPA plus a ₹1 lakh retention bonus, against roughly ₹3.5 LPA for Elite. In return, Turbo hires are placed on global client projects early, get niche-technology training and certification opportunities, and can take up fully sponsored higher degrees.

Two ways students reach Turbo
- Direct Turbo registration. Wipro opens the Turbo form on Superset to students of the institutes it selects; you register for Turbo itself and sit the assessment as a Turbo candidate. This is the route Wipro documents officially.
- Upgrade after Elite (candidate-reported). Prep sites and candidates describe top scorers in the Elite NTH test — especially in coding — being invited to a harder Turbo assessment. Wipro does not publish this path, so treat it as a possibility, not a plan.
What makes it "Turbo"
The paper is the same as Elite; the bar is not. Elite can be cleared with a solid aptitude score and one working coding solution. Turbo shortlists expect both coding problems solved with the right complexity — O(n) or O(n log n) where a brute-force O(n²) also exists — plus a stronger showing in the voice assessment and a business discussion that goes deeper into data structures and your own code. Start with the exam pattern, then the coding questions set built at Turbo difficulty.
Not from a Turbo-selected institute? Register for Elite NTH anyway — the same preparation covers both, and the Elite route is open nationally.
