Turbo registration runs on Superset, the campus hiring platform Wipro uses for its programme-based drives. There is no fee. For the 2025-batch drive the form was open to students of the institutes Wipro selected, with a deadline of 15 March 2025; the steps below stay the same each cycle.
Step-by-step
- Open Wipro's programme page on Superset (the "TURBO Hiring Program" card) or the Turbo link circulated by your placement cell, and click Apply.
- Sign up as a student with a personal email ID (not the college ID that expires after graduation) and your mobile number; verify both.
- Fill the profile: Class 10, Class 12 and semester-wise graduation marks exactly as on your marksheets, backlog count, gap details, branch and batch. Wipro's eligibility filter is applied on these fields automatically.
- Upload a one-page resume (PDF). Candidates report that the business discussion is driven almost entirely by this document — list only skills and projects you can explain in depth.
- Submit the Turbo job application. You receive a confirmation on Superset and by email; the assessment link and slot follow, usually within one to three weeks.
- Track every stage — assessment, voice assessment, business discussion, Letter of Intent — on the Superset dashboard and in email. Queries go to [email protected] with the programme name and year in the subject line.
Documents to keep ready
- Class 10 and 12 marksheets; all semester marksheets or a consolidated marksheet.
- Government photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / passport / voter ID) — required at the proctored test and at verification.
- Backlog-clearance proof and gap explanation, if applicable.
- A laptop with a working webcam and stable internet for the online assessment and the voice assessment.

Register for Elite NTH on Wipro's careers site (careers.wipro.com → Elite) — the process is on the how to apply page. Wipro runs Elite drives in batches through the year with no single national date, so register as soon as your batch is listed.
Use one Superset account across all Wipro programmes. Duplicate profiles are flagged at background verification and can cost you the offer.
