Wipro Elite NTH (National Talent Hunt, earlier called NLTH — National Level Talent Hunt) is Wipro's flagship fresher hiring exam for the Project Engineer role. It is one of India's biggest mass-hiring tests: Wipro onboarded roughly 7,500 freshers in FY26 after initially planning 10,000–12,000 campus hires, and it continues hiring through off-campus NTH drives, campus drives via Superset, and specialised tracks.

What makes the Wipro test different
Two things separate Wipro from other mass recruiters. Why the Wipro exam matters
Wipro hires from every engineering branch, runs multiple hiring windows a year, and high scorers get invited to the Turbo upgrade test that nearly doubles the package. BCA and B.Sc graduates have their own route via Wipro WILP, which sponsors a full M.Tech while you earn. The same preparation transfers directly to TCS NQT and Infosys exams.
