The Wipro Elite NTH exam pattern has three rounds inside one online proctored sitting of about 128 minutes: an aptitude test, a written communication (essay) test, and an online programming test. All three are mandatory, and each aptitude sub-section carries a sectional cutoff.

Round 1 — Aptitude test (52 questions, 48 minutes)
Three separately-timed blocks: Quantitative Ability (16 questions, 16 minutes), Logical Ability (14 questions, 18 minutes) and Verbal Ability (22 questions, 14 minutes). Verbal is the tightest — under 40 seconds per question — so grammar rules and vocabulary must be automatic. There is no negative marking, so never leave an MCQ blank.
Round 2 — Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
One essay of roughly 200–400 words on a contemporary topic (social media, GST, education, AI and jobs). It is scored by WriteX, Wipro's automated NLP engine — structure, grammar and vocabulary diversity matter more than opinions. More than about 5 spelling/grammar errors starts costing marks. Round 3 — Online Programming Test (2 problems, 60 minutes)
Two coding problems — typically one easy (arrays, strings, counting) and one moderate (two-pointer, hashing, sorting logic). Allowed languages: C, C++, Java or Python. Your code must pass both visible and hidden test cases. Practice real problems on the Wipro coding questions page.

- Quantitative Ability — moderate; classic arithmetic topics with calculation-heavy distractors.
- Logical Ability — moderate; series, arrangements and data sufficiency dominate.
- Verbal Ability — easy questions, brutal timer.
- Essay — easy content, strict automated scoring.
- Coding — the main filter for non-CS candidates.
