Wipro does not publish a topic list for WILP, but the assessment is drawn from the same aptitude bank as the Elite NTH cognitive sections. The topics below are compiled from Wipro placement papers of the last five cycles and from WILP candidates' reports of the 2025 and 2026 drives.
Quantitative Ability (20 questions)
Number system, HCF & LCM, divisibility, percentages, profit & loss, simple & compound interest, ratio & proportion, averages, ages, mixtures & alligation, time & work, pipes & cisterns, time–speed–distance (trains, boats & streams), permutations & combinations, probability, and one or two data interpretation questions from a table.
Analytical / Logical Ability (20 questions)
Number series and find-the-wrong-number, letter series and letter analogies, coding–decoding, blood relations, direction sense, seating arrangements (linear and circular), syllogisms, statement & assumptions, statement & conclusions, data sufficiency, puzzles and odd-one-out.
Verbal Ability (20 questions)
Synonyms and antonyms, sentence completion (single and double blanks), error identification, prepositions and phrasal verbs, active–passive voice, direct–indirect speech, sentence rearrangement (para-jumbles), analogies, and a reading comprehension passage with 3–4 questions.
Written Communication (1 essay, 20 minutes)
One general or social topic — recent Wipro prompts include "Is social media evil?", "The challenge of education in India" and "Positive and negative impacts of GST". Structure expected: introduction, two body paragraphs (for / against or causes / solutions), conclusion; 200–400 words.

There is no programming or computer-science section in the WILP assessment. Keep the C / Java / DBMS revision for the business discussion, where it does appear.
