Cognizant fresher hiring — every exam in one place
Cognizant's GenC programme hires engineering, MCA and M.Sc freshers in three tiers — GenC, GenC Elevate and GenC Next — through a communication assessment, an aptitude test and a technical assessment that is heavier for GenC Next, followed by interviews. SQL and one skill cluster decide the tier.
