Cognizant is a NASDAQ-listed global IT services company (headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey) whose delivery workforce is largely based in India — Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore and Kolkata. Its 2026 hiring is explicitly AI-focused: freshers are onboarded into AI-enabled delivery teams and trained through Cognizant's Synapse skilling initiative.
