Applications for HCLTech fresher roles happen on the HCLTech careers portal (careers.hcltech.com) for off-campus drives, through your college placement cell for campus AMP drives, and on the TechBee portal for Class 12 students. Registration is free — treat any message asking for payment as a scam.
Step-by-step application process
- Create your profile — register on careers.hcltech.com with a personal email you check daily and verify it. Campus candidates: keep your placement-cell profile complete and accurate.
- Fill in academic details accurately — Class 10, Class 12 and semester-wise graduation marks exactly as printed on your marksheets; they are verified during onboarding.
- Apply to the drive — find the Graduate Engineer Trainee / Early Careers posting for your batch and click Apply. Creating a profile alone does not register you for the test.
- Watch for the test invite — the assessment link and slot details arrive by email a few days before the window opens.
- Take the assessment — a quiet room, stable internet, working webcam; keep your ID card handy for proctoring checks.
- Track your status — interview shortlists are mailed within days to a few weeks; interviews may be virtual or at an HCLTech campus.

- Class 10 and 12 marksheets, all semester marksheets
- Government photo ID and a recent passport-size photo
- Resume PDF (1–2 pages), plus gap justification documents if any
