The HCLTech fresher exam is the online assessment HCLTech uses to hire engineering graduates as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) through campus and off-campus drives. Campus hiring runs under HCLTech's AMP program — Ascend, Momentum and Polaris — a merit-based ladder where your skills, not your college, decide the package. HCLTech also hires straight after Class 12 through TechBee, its early-career program.

What makes the HCLTech test different
Two things separate HCLTech from other mass recruiters. First, the Computer Fundamentals section: 15 technical MCQs on programming logic, output tracing, DBMS, operating systems and networking — practice them on the Computer Fundamentals page. Why the HCLTech exam matters
HCLTech is one of India's largest IT employers, hiring thousands of freshers every year across Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and its New Vistas centres in Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijayawada and Madurai. It has also created an elite AI cadre paying ₹18–22 LPA for freshers with AI, data engineering or cybersecurity portfolios. The preparation transfers directly to TCS NQT, Wipro and Infosys exams.
