There are three routes into Tech Mahindra's fresher hiring: off-campus registration, campus drives through your college, and walk-in drives announced for specific cities. Registration is free on all routes — treat any “registration fee” demand as a scam.
Off-campus (most common)
- Go to registration.techmahindra.com — Tech Mahindra's fresher registration portal (job listings also appear on careers.techmahindra.com).
- Sign up with a personal email you check daily and verify your mobile number.
- Fill in academics exactly as they appear on your marksheets — 10th, 12th and graduation percentages are verified later against documents; mismatches are treated as disqualification.
- Upload your resume and select your preferences where asked.
- Submit and watch email/SMS for the test link — slots usually arrive within days to a few weeks depending on the drive.
Campus and walk-in
Campus drives run through your training & placement office — register on the portal your TPO shares. Walk-in drives (common for BPS and some tech roles) are announced with venue and dates; carry printed resumes, ID and marksheets.
Before you hit submit
- Check the eligibility criteria — especially the 6-month re-attempt cooldown.
- Keep scanned marksheets, ID proof and a one-page resume ready as PDFs.
- Use the same name and details everywhere — portal, resume and documents are cross-checked in background verification.
Once registered, start with the placement paper and the preparation plan.
