SuperCoder is Tech Mahindra's premium fresher track: an invitation-only coding challenge for candidates who perform strongly in the online test's technical and Automata Fix sections. Clearing it upgrades the offer from the standard ~₹3.25 LPA to roughly ₹5.5 LPA — and routes you to more complex engineering projects.

How to earn the invitation
- Maximise the technical MCQ score — it is the visible signal of your fundamentals.
- Solve both Automata Fix problems with all test cases passing — partial scores rarely earn invites.
How to clear it
- Move beyond code-fixing practice: write complete programs with input parsing — 90 minutes for 2 problems rewards fluency.
- Cover arrays, strings, hashing/frequency maps, two pointers, sorting applications and basic recursion/DP.
- Practice on a timed judge (HackerEarth-style) so the environment feels familiar.
There is no penalty for attempting SuperCoder — if you fall short, the standard offer remains. If you get the invite, take it.
