TechBee does not run on a single national exam date. Registrations stay open for months, HCL CAT is self-scheduled from the portal, and training batches start in waves after Class 12 results. HCLTech announces each intake with a press release (the 2025 intake was announced in December 2024 and again in February 2025) rather than publishing a deadline. Use the table below as the rhythm to plan around.
2026 intake — Class 12 pass-outs of 2025 and 2026

Previous cycles for reference
- 2025 intake: announced 12 December 2024 for Class 12 pass-outs of 2023, 2024 and 2025; re-announced 17 February 2025; batches ran through 2025.
- 2024 intake: eligibility was Class 12 of 2023 or appearing in 2024, with the same December–February announcement window.
- The programme has run every year since 2017.
Planning advice for Class 12 students of 2026–27
If you are in Class 12 now and will pass in 2027, expect the intake that accepts you to be announced around December 2026 to February 2027. Register as soon as it opens — earlier CAT slots mean earlier batches and less waiting after boards — and use the months in between on the syllabus and practice sets, which do not change year to year.
We update this page when HCLTech announces the next intake. Dates marked candidate-reported come from students' joining experiences, not from HCLTech.
