HCLTech TechBee Registration Process

Registration is free and entirely online at registrations.hcltechbee.com (linked from hcltechbee.com and the TechBee page on hcltech.com/careers). A counsellor is assigned after you register and stays your point of contact through the test, interview and offer. Only the student registers — but fill it in with a parent beside you, because the details are verified against original marksheets later.

Step by step

1. Sign up with your name, email, mobile number, state, city and date of birth. Activate the account from the verification email (check spam).
2. Fill the application form — Class 10 and Class 12 details (board, year of passing, aggregate, Mathematics / Business Mathematics marks), preferred track (IT Services or Digital Process Support) and preferred training location.
3. Upload documents — Class 10 and 12 marksheets, a photo ID and a passport-size photograph. Class 12 students awaiting results in 2026 can register with Class 10 details and update later.
4. Schedule HCL CAT. You receive an email with available test dates; pick a slot on the portal and download the admit card you generate yourself. There is no test fee. JEE Main 80-percentile-plus candidates upload their scorecard instead.
5. Track the stages — CAT result, Versant link, interview slot and Letter of Interest all arrive by email and through your counsellor. For any gap, write to [email protected] with your registration ID.
